3D artist's work involves the creation of 3D models, animations or VFX based on game proposals, implementation documents, design images and other sources. Good spatial awareness and visualization is required when working with 3D models and 3D in general. The creation of textures and performance effects are also required.
Application Requirements(at least two of the listed need to be met)
Experienced in Maya (or similar DCC tool) / Photoshop / Zbrush (or similar Sculpt tool)
Practical experience in 3DCG production of normal map, specular map, etc.
Experienced in 3D game model creation
Experienced in VFX creation or VFX tool use
Experienced in 3D animation creation / skinning / setup, etc.
Experienced in 3D backgrounds / prop creation
Experience using 3DCG middleware: Substance Designer / Substance Painter / Quixel Suite / World Machine
Knowledge of PBR
Experienced in in-game 3D data construction and implementation design
