Message tri-Ace is recruiting competent creators.

What kind of creators are we looking for?

(1) We want a person with a passion to create excellent games

The Creator - a person intent on creating extraordinary games. In the world of professional game production, Creators must face and overcome a variety of difficulties; there are times when the individual Creator must make compromises and yet, even under such conditions, they must remain strong, with a firm and unshakable resolve to produce a great game.

(2) A person full of originality and not afraid to venture into the unknown

Change is fast and constant in the game industry. Even if a Creator has exceptional technique, originality, and knowledge today, it is impossible to say such skills will still be of value in the future. A Creator is a master of change, developing their character, pursuing new interests, always learning and taking up new challenges - These ideals will become the requirements for future Creators.

(3) A Creator always thinks positively

If you think:

  • Nobody has done this before, so I can't do that.
  • I don't know what to do; I want somebody to decide for me.
  • As long as I obey the instructions of my boss, there will be no problem; I am safe.
  • I am against it, but I have no solution as to how we move forward.

Then do not apply.
tri-Ace has no need for such people, we believe that to give up creative thought is to sacrifice the value of being human.

If you naturally accept challenges and think:

  • Nobody in the world has ever done this, but there is a chance I can ...
  • Even in an unknown field, there could be new possibilities for me to pursue ...
  • I wonder if there is a better way than the old way ...
  • I do not agree, but my proposal could change things ...

Please apply! Now!
We need people who are not afraid to change themselves and are always generating new ideas: a person who can make and present new proposals.

(4) A Creator is a natural, persuasive and skilled communicator, and a willing sharer of information with other team members

No team. No game. This is the nature of the game industry; teamwork is the lifeblood of the product. Even if a person has brilliant talent, is technically gifted and with good experience, such attributes are useless without the ability to share them with others; it will be impossible to make a great game.

There are many people who just talk (in a loud voice) about their idea, but unfortunately their monologue conveys little of value to their listeners. Having empathy towards another person's viewpoint and situation, and communicating your ideas in an understandable way; having the humility to try again in a different way when not understood are the hallmarks of a good communicator. We think such efforts are what communication is all about, and we need a person who does not mind making such efforts in the production of a good game.
