Development and administration of network environments and hardware environments used within the company.
Desired: experienced candidates who have gained such experience not just through work experience alone, and candidates who love computers even if they have no relevant employment experience. Requires some programming skills to carry out efficient administration. Since responsibilities also include user support, communication skills are important as well.

Desirable candidates will possess skills such as the following:

  • Windows experience
    OS installation, driver and application installation and upgrade, server operation
  • Linux/FreeBSD experience
    Development, configuration, and operation of Apache, BIND, Postfix, Squid, ipfw/iptables, etc.
  • Networking
    General knowledge of TCP/IP systems and FTP, HTTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, and SMB/CIFS protocols
  • Security
    Understanding of the details of vulnerability, implementing countermeasures, efficient deployment in multi-client environments, anti-virus measures, anti-SPAM measures, etc.
  • Hardware experience
    Understanding of the internal structures of personal computers, replacement of individual parts (desirable: experience building computers), basic troubleshooting
  • Programming experience
    Basic means of handling databases, including C, C++, C#, LL, WSH, and batch files
  • Popular technologies
  • Other general computer knowledge

Producer Experienced only

Controls whole project.
Understanding of all aspects of production: internal factors such as budget management and staff allocation, and external factors such as the period of sales or the development schedule, and responsibility for management. We are looking for a person who has a broad range of knowledge and experience, ideally, with actual experience of project control.

Basic Japanese communication skill is necessary. If you don't have sufficient skill, you will be required to have an in-house Japanese language lesson offered by the company.

Project Manager No experience required

Controls schedule management of the entire project. This job's role is to assist the producer.
Ability to control all of the schedules of each section in a project, such as Planning, Design or Program is required; along with taking responsibility for not only schedule management (deadline), but also the quality of the actual game. Please regard this work as being more responsible for internal factors compared to the duties of the producer.

We are looking for a person who has experience in game development (regardless of job title) and ideally, with actual experience of project control.

Director Experienced only

Controls whole planning and sets the direction for the entire project plan.
The ability to judge whether the structural elements of the plan and the system is interesting as a game, and to assess the game's usability; if there is a problem, the ability to create a process to generate a solution is required.
There will be a need to cooperate with the directors of other sections and control schedules relating to planning.

We are looking for a person who has experience of planning control and ideally, with experience in actual game production (as planning).
Word processor management software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and FLASH creation software will be used for the work.

Art Director Experienced only

Manage all the artists and unify the total visual image of a project.
The ability to clarify visual concepts and create an environment where each staff member can work as part of a team with a shared vision is required. It is also required to cooperate with the directors of other sections and manage schedules relating to artwork.

We are looking for a person who has experience of managing artists and ideally, with experience of game production as a artist. Grasp the planning content from specification documents, give explanations to artists and allocate work, and check quality throughout the production process.

Mainly MAYA, 3dstudio Max, PHOTOSHOP and Microsoft Excel are used for the work.

Program Director Experienced only

Managing programmers within a project, allocating work to each programmer and conducting progress management.
Allocation and management of specifications presented by Planning, conveying the specifications to the artists.

We are looking for a person who has experience in game programming and ideally, with actual experience of managing programmers. Applicants should be able to grasp the planning content from specification documents, give explanations to programmers and allocate work accordingly. Understanding requests from artists and giving appropriate instructions is also an important part of this job.
