Planning No experience required

Drafting conceptual plans and game systems, and drawing up new projects.
Prepare presentation documents for in-house staff and external clients. Giving presentations is an important aspect of this job.

System Specifications Experienced only

Creating the actual specifications of the game based on the conceptual plans and presentation documents. The following capabilities are required: able to closely analyze and define the key selling points and the essentials of the plan and form a more specific shape to the project.
Specifications will be developed mainly for the programmers.

Basic Japanese communication skill is necessary. If you don't have sufficient skill, you will be required to have an in-house Japanese language lesson offered by the company.

Visual Specifications Experienced only

Developing visual specifications, which the designers will use to prepare stages (maps), character models and motion specifications.
In addition to the seeing things from the planning point of view, this job requires a keen awareness of the general screen layout, for example, interest in new visual technology. The job occasionally requires you to create a window layout on the basis of system specifications.

Sound Specifications Experienced only

Composing the BGM and developing sound effect specifications to be used in a game.
Directing and orchestration in visual scenes are naturally expected; the development of specifications for the sound effects to be used in combat scenes, etc. is expected as well.
The job might also require you to prepare voice scripts and give performance instructions at the time of voice recording.

Data Creation Experienced only

Creating the actual data used in the game, such as the character parameters/statistics and item data for RPGs.
This work covers a wide range of procedures from the preparation of combat calculation formulae, setting of initial numerical values, final adjustment for balance, etc.

Scenario Drafting No experience required

Creating scenarios and settings that dynamically drive the plot of the game.
In addition to the drafting the main plot (the scenario outline), creating all text data that appear in the game, from descriptions of items to conversations. Naturally, creation of a general setting that is linked to the scenario is one aspect of this job. A wide range of knowledge and eagerness is also required; writing only what you want to write will not be enough.

Basic Japanese communication skill is necessary. If you don't have sufficient skill, you will be required to have an in-house Japanese language lesson offered by the company.

Directing No experience required

Directing to achieve a dramatic storyline
Based on materials created by the scenario personnel, creating storyboards or rushes will be the main job. The job will occasionally require you to handle directing for magic effects or special weapon effects in battle scenes. The job might also require you to give performance instructions at the time of voice recording and motion recording.

Basic Japanese communication skill is necessary. If you don't have sufficient skill, you will be required to have an in-house Japanese language lesson offered by the company.

Script Work Experienced only

Actual construction of the game
Constructing the game based on the documents from scenario creator and director and by using the scenario script and any original tools, thereby ensuring that the game functions properly.
Flag management is also one aspect of this job.
